Leadership can be really difficult. Especially when things are scaling rapidly or you have been hit with a priority out of left field. Too often we don't have the tools in the toolbox to deal with these new things, or you're just overloaded. That's where I come in.
I'm an ex-Army Officer turned Corporate GM, MBA grad and lifelong learner
After a successful military and corporate career in multiple countries, I took a sabbatical to revitalise myself and built a consulting business, whilst completely on the road in Latin America. I realised I had spent a lifetime adapting whilst leading and had a pretty good toolbox of stuff to help others.
I am driven by high performance
The leaders who work with me are normally high achieving and successful in their own right. They might just be starting to see that the things that have got them to where they are, arent working anymore, and certainly aren't going to get them where they want to go.
I'm also a scuba diver, former imposter syndrome sufferer, dog lover, and am always planning my next adventure to discover more of this amazing planet.
I now coach, mentor and facilitate leaders from organisations all over the world, with my passion being those leaders who are experiencing rapid growth or change. Why? Because that's where leadership really matters, and I like high impact, high stakes leadership coaching.
I am basically like an electrician who helps you connect the wires and turns on the lightbulbs in your head so things become clear and you can maximise your performance and that of your team or business.
I could use a lot of cliche or jargony words to describe what I do (I have an MBA and a host of qualifications on the topic) but what I actually do, is make leadership feel like common sense so you can APPLY what we discuss immediately and be confident in the outcomes.
