After serving in the British Military during multiple operational tours, I then held a variety of senior corporate roles culminating in a GM role running an 8 figure business in NZ.

We have coached, mentored and facilitated hundreds of teams and leaders from industry-leading organisations all over the world through our development programs. We design these to fit around busy schedules, remote teams and many of the other challenges which get in the way of traditional offerings.
In addition to our in-house programs, we also offer a unique Global Leadership Community which provides a forum and accountability for busy leaders to come together, share and learn from each other, accelerating their businesses through facilitated conversation sessions.
Outside work, I'm a keen scuba diver, dog lover, and am always planning my next adventure to discover more of this amazing planet.
